Types of Need-Based Aid
- Federal, State and Pitzer Grants: free funds; no repayment required
- Federal Loan Programs: funds you borrow now and repay later
- Federal Work-Study: funds you earn through on-campus employment

How to Apply
Complete the following steps to apply for financial aid:
- Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)
- Complete the CSS Profile to be considered for Pitzer-funded need-based scholarships
- Upload copies of 2022 tax documents to IDOC to verify your income information
